An All-You-Can-Eat Spaghetti Benefit Dinner is being held on Sunday, January 29 for the Baumgardner’s. This meal will be served at the Reedsville Fire Company from 11:30AM until it’s gone. Meals include spaghetti, salad, roll, applesauce and desert. It’s eat-in or take-out. By donation only.
John and Carrie Baumgardner are a local family from Reedsville. They are parents to 5 children. Carrie was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer that had metastasized. She had to have extensive surgery, something she is still healing from. The day after Carrie came home from the hospital, she awoke to the smell of smoke. The family lost their home to a fire that day.
Unfortunately, they were doing a rent to own agreement. Most of the insurance went to the homeowner to pay off the mortgage and what was left went to the Baumgardner’s. It was enough to pay off the lo but not to geta new home. This family needs your help. Let’s get them a new place to call home!
