A horrific story continues in Berks County. Authorities say 36-year-old Lisa Snyder has been charged with first-degree murder and other related offenses in the deaths of her children. She is also accused of having sex with a dog. Eight-year-old Conner and four-year-old Brinley Snyder were found hanging from a dog leash in the basement of their Albany Township home on September 23rd after their mother called 911. The children were in full cardiac arrest when first responders arrived. They were resuscitated, but died three days later. According to court documents, Snyder told police that the children died by suicide. The coroner ruled their deaths homicides. The Berks County DA said Snyder ordered a dog cable a day before, and picked it up at a local Walmart. The children were removed from Snyder’s care in 2014, but were returned the following year. Snyder is being held without bail.
